THE REVENUE GROWTH METHOD

No guesswork. Follow the evidence.

Our approach connects the commercial patient journey with financial reality, then translates findings into an accountable improvement plan.

THE PROCESS

Diagnose first. Improve what matters.

Clarify the outcome

Is the concern leads, revenue, collections, contribution margin, or profitability? Define the result before assuming a cause.

Map and validate

Trace the inquiry-to-cash journey; align patient cohorts, system definitions, owners and data sources.

Test the hypotheses

Segment by channel, location, team and time. Investigate the most financially meaningful explanations.

Execute and measure

Implement with named owners, baseline measures, review cadence and a clear learning loop.

THE COMMERCIAL PATIENT JOURNEY

Follow the opportunity from first signal to financial result.

Each stage is a separate event. A booked appointment is not an attended consultation; an accepted case is not necessarily a delivered or collected case.

STAGE 01

Acquire

Spend, lead source, unique inquiries, quality and contactability.

STAGE 02

Engage

Response speed, contact rate, qualification and appointment setting.

STAGE 03

Consult

Appointments due, attendance, clinical recommendation and case acceptance.

STAGE 04

Realize

Treatment delivery, recognized revenue, collections and case-level economics.

WHAT A GOOD DIAGNOSTIC REQUIRES

Data is useful only when its meaning is consistent.

Two systems may tell different stories about the same month. Before diagnosing performance, we reconcile unique leads versus form submissions, bookings versus appointments due, accepted versus delivered cases, and collections versus revenue.

We also examine whether source mix, location, capacity, patient eligibility and timeline shifts explain apparent differences.

The first data room

  • Paid marketing spend by channel and source
  • CRM lead-level source and timestamp fields
  • Call logs, disposition history and appointment milestones
  • Office-level schedules and consult attendance
  • Accepted and delivered cases, collected revenue, key costs
  • Data definitions, reporting period and relevant team owners

Only the minimum necessary data should be shared, using appropriate permissions and privacy safeguards.

DEEP DIVE · THE FIRST PATIENT HANDOFF

Where leads become appointments.

We don't stop at marketing-channel ROI. The first live interaction often determines whether a prospective full-arch patient moves toward a consultation. That makes the contact center an essential diagnostic layer.

Our investigation traces how unique inquiries enter the queue, when agents attempt contact, how conversations and qualification are handled, and whether scheduled patients actually attend. We validate the CRM and phone-system data before comparing agents, locations or outsourced providers.

Contact center audit trail

  1. Lead enters: source, timestamp, deduplication and assignment.
  2. Contact attempts: staffing coverage, call logs, disposition and cadence.
  3. Conversation: patient needs, qualification, QA and scheduling.
  4. Appointment: booking accuracy, lead time, reminders and handoff.
  5. Outcome: attended consults, team coaching and commercial feedback.

Consent, privacy, recording and contact rules require appropriate local compliance review.

ILLUSTRATIVE DIAGNOSTIC

Why the obvious answer can be wrong.

FICTIONAL TRAINING SCENARIO

Center C has a 48% show rate. Center A has 72%.

The CEO demands that Center C's appointment setters be retrained. But Center C schedules consultations 19 days out and receives mostly paid-social inquiries, while Center A sees more referral patients within four days. Before assigning blame, we'd validate the appointment-due cohorts, compare patient mix and scheduling lead times, and investigate other operational explanations.

Illustrative only; not a client case study or performance claim.
